The Feldenkrais Method® is a non-corrective modality, and employs neurology, early childhood development theory, kinesiology, and induction techniques in order to communicate with your nervous system through the language of movement. A session typically involves an initial assessment, followed by guided hands-on movement that soothes and awakens your nervous system. Habits of tension and disorganization are identified, illuminated, and released while new patterns of movement are gently introduced.
